The firm seek someone to replace her. Practice areas are mainly residential conveyancing with some commercial conveyancing and wills & probate, although the mix of work can be varied as required. An established and friendly firm of solicitors based on Canvey Island in Essex has an opening for a non-contentious solicitor to work with one of the partners to assist principally with commercial property and commercial law work. Caseload mainly consists of small to medium commercial businesses with the occasional high value transaction providing commercial law expertise and dealing with business sales and purchases. The firm will consider a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer providing they have the necessary experience. Ideally looking for someone on a full time, permanent basis. Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or ILEX sought by a solicitors firm of small to medium size. The firm need someone who is able to handle conveyancing files from start to finish. There is assistance from a more junior member of staff. The firm are very happy to consider a part time lawyer - happy to be flexible on hours - ie to work every day and fit around school runs or to work 3-4 days per week.
