A paralegal with a particular interest in family law is sought to join a friendly and flexible firm on the Berkshire/Surrey borders. The firm acts for, amongst others, victims of domestic abuse to obtain protective orders and appropriate children orders so applicants are sought with a genuine interest in this area of law. A vacancy has arisen for a paralegal with an interest in family law to join the family law department of a solicitors firm based near Ascot in Berkshire. The firm has an LAA legal aid franchise and so publicly funded family law experience would be useful but not essential.
