An established West London law firm based in Hammersmith have an opening to take on a paralegal on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based mainly in the child care department assisting the solicitors with their work. The workload will consist mainly of legal aid matters, care orders. Some time will also be spent assisting in the private client department. This is a non-fee earning role. The ideal candidate should have strong academics, have completed the LPC and have gained some experience in family or child care law. A well established solicitors practice in West London are looking for a paralegal experienced in ideally both family and child care law. Candidates must have experience of both publicly and privately funded child care law and must have experience in dealing with the LAA with regards completion and submission of forms.
