A well established, medium sized solicitors firm based in West London (W13) have a vacancy for a wills & probate lawyer. This a permanent position to replace a member of staff who is retiring. The caseload consists of general wills & probate work including some LPA and COP, elderly client work and the firm use a LEAP case management system for probate work. A long established law firm with offices in London and the South West have an opening for a private client lawyer for it's office in London (NW2). This is a full time, permanent post. The successful candidate will undertake fee earning work involving wills, probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, care home funding and other elderly client issues. The firm are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years experience with an emphasis on probate and elderly client matters. SFE and/or STEP membership would be an advantage.
