Conveyancing Solicitor in South West London

A Property Solicitor is sought with strong contacts in the property market to help aid the growth of an expanding practise based in Chelsea/Fulham area.
An established list of previous property contacts from over 37 years in the South West London area to build on awaits the successful candidate   The opportunity demands the expertise and intelligence of an experienced solicitor who can help set the strategic direction of the firm.
You will need to be able to motivate others and help significantly with business development and marketing activities    For the right individual this will be an extremely rewarding role with excellent career prospects.
The successful candidate will have considerable experience within a well regarded property team and a strong  background in residential and light commercial property. In addition previous experience of business development and winning new clients/business is essential in this role.  The role on offer will suit an ambitious and highly driven professional individual.

Salary in the £30-40k bracket with bonus scheme on top.
