Company Commercial Solicitor in Nottingham with Partnership prospects

Specialist commercial practice founded in 2004, providing services to owner managed businesses and based in a Nottingham suburb. Solvent and profitable, with plenty of work. The firm has a strong litigation department, and very good relationships with other niche practices. One of the founding partners retired from the business earlier this year.

There is now an immediate opportunity  for someone to take over and develop his clients. The work is predominantly involved with company law and business documentation. It includes share holder agreements,  share sales and assets sales, and surrounding business documentation. Some experience in commercial property would be an advantage.

The person appointed will have sufficient experience to manage his or her own case load, and will want to be actively involved  in developing a growing and prosperous business.
