Residential Conveyancing Lawyer in Brighton - Permanent, Full Time, Salaried Role.

A new vacancy has arisen with a Brighton firm. Looking for an experienced residential conveyancer (solicitor, LC, Legal Exec) and if necessary will consider a locum on a 3 month contract starting end of January whilst a more permanent person is found.

The firm are very happy to pay a competitive salary or mixed salary/commission deal if preferred - the partner has given the example of a recent candidate earning £30k with bonuses receiving £35k when billing £100k but under the commission method would have achieved not less than £40k and if billed over £100k significantly better than that.

Notice period and salary levels/hourly rates are essential at this stage.
