A law firm based in Torquay, Devon have an opening for a Commercial Property Lawyer. This is a full time , permanent post. The firm are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years commercial property experience. The role will encompass transactional work, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, business leases and lease renewals. Candidates should be professional with a willingness to participate in business development and excellent communication and team working skills. Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.
