Conveyancing Solicitor in Didsbury, Manchester

A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm in Greater Manchester - looking to replace two senior retiring staff with a new solicitor. The two retiring staff have been working part time and dealing with a mixed caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing. The work is mainly residential.

The firm have been established for over 15 years and now looking for a self driven and motivated individual to take on the role of a Conveyancing Solicitor with experience in Residential conveyancing and also (ideally) some Commercial Conveyancing as well. 

This is a busy high street Practice in Didsbury (home of a very nice vegetarian restaurant - Greens). The ideal candidate will be able to work independently on the sale, purchase and mortgage of any property whether freehold or leasehold, registered or unregistered from taking instructions to archiving the file, with secretarial support. You need to be computer literate and familiar with CQS, Experience in dealing with light Commercial transactions (eg. sale of small businesses with premises, leases) will be a definite advantage. Salary range negotiable depending on experience.
