In House Counsel Role in Central London - Permanent Full Time
We have a new permanent vacancy just in for an In House Solicitor. The client is a national regeneration property development company with offices across the UK. They create commercial, residential and mixed-use regeneration schemes.
The company is looking to recruit a Solicitor to work in house in central London (Cavendish Square office). There is an existing solicitor in the company at director level. They seek someone with the following experience (or as much as possible):
Knowledge of
• Agreements for Lease
• Leases
• Leasehold structures
• Sales & Funding Agreements
• Construction Contracts
• Professional Appointments
• Warranties
• Residential developments and conveyancing
In relation to instructing external law firms you will also ideally have experience of advising and managing on litigation and claims together with experience & knowledge of joint ventures, bank debt and corporate transactions.
The main part of the role is advising and assisting in ensuring that the Company contracts to deliver its projects on acceptable terms and managing the outcome and risk in its various projects. It also involves management of the external legal advisers, management and development of the company's protocol documentation and providing support and guidance to the residential sales and new homes teams.
Salary levels are flexible as the company want to recruit the best fit rather than be tied to a specific salary range. An idea of your current package would be useful, and the company also pays a number of benefits including fuel allowances etc..
