Senior Residential Conveyancer, West London

A leading UK solicitors firm based in West London (Marble Arch) have a vacancy for a full time, permanent Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. The firm are looking for candidates with ideally at least 3 years general property experience to handle a full residential conveyancing caseload including: purchases, sales, shared ownership sales/purchases, right to buy, re-mortgages, lease extensions, license for alterations, new builds, and high net worth client transactions. Candidates will also be overseeing the day to day running of the department as well as supervising 2 more junior members of the conveyancing team. The firm are looking for candidates who are focused, with a sound business acumen together with excellent communication skills, an ability to network effectively and good client service skills.
