A well established South Wales firm is looking for a property litigation solicitor to work at their Swansea office. Caseload will be a mixture of medium to high value residential and commercial property litigation claims including: housing association/RSL contentious property work (including possession, injunctions and management of antisocial behaviour), rights of way, trespassers, nuisance, boundary/land disputes, dilapidation claims and landlord and tenant disputes. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in property litigation work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience.
