Locum commercial litigator sought for in house role with Buckinghamshire based property development company. Company are looking for a solicitor or legal executive to undertake a range of work, mainly small claims matters in the County Court. Work likely to be ad hoc as and when claims need actioning. This is a remote working post only - not office based - and likely to be for a few hours a week only so able to fit around other commitments.
