A very well established South Wales firm is looking for a conveyancer to manage a residential caseload at their Cwmbran office. The firm is happy to consider solicitors, licensed conveyancers and legal executives with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing. Applicants must be able to confidently manage their own caseload from initial instruction to post completion, using a team of paralegals for assistance and support. Ideally the firm would prefer a full-time candidate but will consider applications from part-time candidates. The role will be permanent and salary levels will be around 40k per annum. Job spec available on request.
