A well established Essex firm is looking for a residential conveyancer to work at their Shenfield office. The firm is happy to consider legal executives, solicitors or licensed conveyancers but applicants should be able to manage a caseload from start to finish without supervision. The successful candidate will be assisted by a secretary and 2 conveyancing assistants and will be responsible for managing those members of staff. Role will ideally be permanent but 4 days per week would be considered. The role will be permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience and qualification.
