A specialist property firm in Kent is looking for a residential conveyancer to work at their Herne Bay office. The firm is regulated by the Council of Licensed Conveyancers so they are specifically looking for either a licensed conveyancer or a legal executive who is prepared to convert to licensed conveyancer. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience and be able to manage a residential caseload without supervision. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
