A solicitors' firm based in Wiltshire are looking for a property solicitor to replace a key fee earner who is moving on. The caseload is a mix of residential and commercial conveyancing. A good grasp of leasehold work and ability to work under minimal supervision is essential, so likely that a minimum of 3 years' PQE in property work is required. This is a small friendly firm based in a beautiful town, 8 miles from Bath. Good rail links and central high street location. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
