A leading UK debt recovery firm is looking for a solicitor to work in the in-house legal department at their Leeds HQ. The company need a locum to cover until they recruit permanently. You will be working closely with the existing General Legal Counsel who runs the department and work will include:
1) Drafting commercial agreements and contracts with clients and suppliers
2) Dealing with a broad range of corporate and commercial legal tasks. Aspects of litigation work may also arise from time to time.
The firm is happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants. Remote working fine - the company may ask for some office attendance from time to time.
Start date asap.
