A company providing business services to firms looking for investment capital are seeking an In House Solicitor for a period of 12 months at their Knutsford offices although remote working with some office attendance is also available.

You should be able to assist with corporate and commercial contracts, GDPR, company secretarial, handling litigation (but not doing it), project work, non-contentious employment and anything else coming through the door.

The firm will consider full time or part time. They are ideally looking for a mid-October start, but could be later if needs be.

Two options are available:

1. A fixed term contract for 12 months, although this could potentially be extended further down the line. Full time salary for this would likely be in the 60-65k range although the firm will consider part time too.
2. A locum arrangement for the short-term until they source someone on a fixed term contract. Hourly rate for this is likely to be in the 45- 55 range.

The firm are happy to consider remote working with some attendance at their offices in rural Cheshire which are easily reachable by road, or similarly office-based if preferred with a some remote if desired.
