A new vacancy has arisen with a multinational education company based in Central London. They are looking for a corporate commercial solicitor to work in-house at their office located near to Oxford Circus Underground Station.
Main functions of role:
Structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as platform agreements, licences, terms & conditions, service agreements, partnership agreements with universities, representative agreements, etc.

Working directly with the sales operations, marketing and procurement teams.

Manage at least two reports with their progress, development and assist them with legal matters.

Ensuring that all agreements are commercially and legally sound and in line with head office requirements.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in corporate commercial work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience.
