A good sized firm in the automotive sector with offices across Europe is looking for a corporate solicitor to work in their in-house legal department.This is a general counsel role, with focus on corporate and not day to day commercial contractual work. Work will include company secretarial duties, articles of association, trademark and IP management, regulatory work, IT contracts, due diligence, recruitment contracts, insurance policies, liaising with external counsel. The role would suit a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in corporate work, ideally with significant in-house counsel experience but this isn't essential. The role will be full-time, permanent, fully remote from home and salary levels around 85k per annum but there is some flexibility with this. Full job description on request.
