A well established Staffordshire firm is looking for a solicitor to work in the commercial department at their Tamworth office. The firm would like to speak to solcitiors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE who can manage a caseload of commercial work that includes joint-ventures, share purchase transactions, ILA, banking/finance documents. Happy to offer hybrid working. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
