Large listed finance company ( 100 million+ turnover) in Scotland are looking for a solicitor to join them and assist them with setting up their own law firm. Already in advanced stages and in need of someone with specific experience of this to get the project to completion. 3-6 months consultancy to start, with a view to continuing work on an ad hoc basis to fit around other commitments. Will require someone with the technical regulatory and compliance skills dealing with the requirements of the Law Society of Scotland. Remote working fine - firm are based in Glasgow.
