Established law firm based in Orpington in Kent have an opening for a full-time Office Manager to take responsibility for the administration and Human Resources within the firm. The role involves: all work regarding human resources including management of the recruiting of new staff members, dealing with sick/annual leave and staff training, liaising with the COLP with regards legal compliance matters and dealing with the day to day administration of the law firm such as premises management and business development matters.
 
The firm are looking for candidates with at least 3 years office management/HR experience who works well in a team and has excellent organisational skills.
