Commercial Property Solicitor in Chelmsford, Permanent

Commercial Property solicitor sought by Chelmsford firm. Looking for someone at around 3-5 years PQE and above.  Permanent post, start date flexible. Medium sized firm – commercial property work at the moment is light.
Salary levels expected to be around £40k. Firms of this size in Chelmsford not known to pay considerably more than this.
Would probably suit someone from another high street firm handling a mixed caseload looking to deal with more commercial property matters.
