Conveyancing Solicitor In House in Cardiff

Solicitor sought by Development and Investment Team in house, located in Cardiff area, with a large portfolio of mixed property assets.  The Applicant must have an understanding of conveyancing, simple litigation, Landlord and Tenant and Leases.  The job will also entail working with the Principal on a number of commercial deals.  You need to have been qualified for 5 or more years and been in firms gaining a variety of experience.  Salary dependent on competency. - VAC 15255 - apply with a CV to cv@ten-percent.co.uk- www.ten-percent.co.uk
