A national commercial law firm has a vacancy for a corporate commercial solicitor. The role can be based from home or one of their office in Sheffield, Birmingham or London as preferred. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and will be advising on all aspects of corporate work including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and equity capital transactions. There will be a particular focus on venture capital and private equity work. So experience in these areas is essential. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
