Property Litigation Solicitor
Elstree, Hertfordshire, England

A medium sized Hertfordshire firm are looking for a property litigation solicitor to work at their Elstree office. Ideally the firm are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. The successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:-
Supporting lenders in the collection of their loan portfolios, dealing with recovery action from default to realisation;
Dealing with a high quality and varied caseload;
County Court and High Court Litigation
Professional Negligence claims against solicitors, valuers or title insurers
Indemnity claims against the Land Registry

The post will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
