A medium sized North West firm are looking for a family law paralegal to work at their St Helens office. Ideally candidates should have experience of the following:

Proclaim
CCMS
Legal aid eligibility requirements
Court Bundle Preparation
Instructions to Counsel
Statement Drafting
Application Preparation - Divorce Petitions, C100's, Form A's, Non-Molestation/Occupation Order applications.
Statement drafting.
Diary Management/Booking client appointments/Conference with Counsel.
Attending conference/Court with Counsel

The post is full-time, permanent and salary will be around the 20k per annum level
