A law firm based in the beautiful and historic city of York have an opening for a legal secretary on a full time, permanent basis. Based in the crime department, the candidate needs to have some experience of digital audio typing and a willingness to learn how to use a case management system (Proclaim). Other responsibilities include answering telephones and communicating with barristers, their clerks and other parts of the criminal justice system.

Crime experience not essential but a strong stomach is required, given the subject matter! Salary: 19,000 per year with 25 days holiday. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am until 5 pm. Apply with CV for vacancy 19267.
