Suffolk based law firm have an opening for an experienced family solicitor on a locum basis. This is a replacement post taking over an existing caseload until the firm manage to recruit permanently. The firm are looking for candidates with at least 3 years PQE and ideally with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil), a member of resolution or a Family Panel Member. The caseload will be predominantly privately funded family law but there will be some legal aid family and child care law matters so experience in childrens' act matters is helpful.
