We are currently recruiting for an in house legal team who have the need for two locums to assist with a burgeoning caseload. This is a large organisation with a central London office. They seek a locum corporate counsel with solid M&A experience, together with a locum commercial counsel.

Brief outlines below for both roles.

1. Locum Corporate Counsel, 7-8 years PQE with solid M&A experience. You must have trained with a City firm. Ongoing contract. London EC1N office location. In house role. Higher education sector.

2. Locum Commercial Lawyer, 7-8 years PQE with solid commercial experience reviewing commercial agreements and a good understanding of IP and GDPR issues. Ongoing contract. London EC1N office location. In house role. Higher education sector.
