An international investment bank is looking for an in-house corporate finance solicitor to work at their London office in Canary Wharf. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in brokerage and markets work. Specific skills required:
- DCM work - NDAs, EL, subscription agreements, terms and conditions of notes
- Markets work - ISA, TOBs, account opening documents, MPSAs, correspondence with clients
- Company secretariat - Minutes, Resolutions, procedural matters
- Other Loan agreements, guarantees, charges

Preference is for a candidate who can speak Russian bnut this is not essential.


The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels expected ot be extremely competitive for the right candidate.
