Three new permanent vacancies have arisen with a firm in Salisbury and Andover as follows:

1. Commercial and civil litigation solicitor sought to join Salisbury office of medium sized firm. Work consists of professional negligence claims, partnership disputes and director, shareholder & company disputes. Solicitor or legal executive considered. Working in a team of 3 litigation lawyers, the role has no PI or clinical negligence element to it.  Head of department role potentially, but not essential. Full or part time considered and flexible working is acceptable to this firm incuding working from home.

2. Residential and commercial conveyancing solicitor sought on a permanent basis to join a medium sized law firm based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. The firm has 20 staff in its property section and this role is within the property investor department. You will be acting for property investors, undertake residential property work and some commercial property work. The role can be part time or full time and flexible hours are fine. The firm are happy for their fee earners to work from home for some of the time. Salary levels negotiable.

3. Family solicitor sought by Andover firm in Hampshire. Looking for someone to work on a part time basis and cover a privately funded caseload - no legal aid. The work involves extensive divorce matters and in particular ancillary relief and pensions. Experience of military divorce would be helpful and experience using a case management system would be useful. The firm offers flexible working if required including working from home. Permanent role. Salary negotiable.
