A multi-office Essex firm is looking for a property solicitor to work at their Shenfield office (near Brentwood). Caseload will be approximately 70% commercial work and 30% residential work. Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 4 years' PQE. Prospect of partnership in short term if wanted by successful candidate. Friendly firm, property department consists of 2 fee earners and 5 support staff. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be 45k-55k depending on experience.
