A very well established Lancashire firm is looking for a conveyancer to work at their Colne office. The caseload will be predominantly residential work but also a small amount of commercial conveyancing. The role would probably suit a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with a minimum of 1 year's PQE or maybe an experienced conveyancing paralegal. Experience in light commercial conveyancing would be desirable but not essential. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience and level of qualification.
