A very well established Oxfordshire firm is looking for a full-time, permanent wills & probate lawyer as follows:

" Qualified Private Client Solicitor or CILEX c. 3 years PQE
" Location - Henley and Beaconsfield - split between offices
" Fee earning role working with a dedicated assistant
" Reporting directly to MD/COLP
" Experience of advising and drafting in all aspects of Private Client work including as a minimum: Wills, LPA, Probate, Trusts (including Declarations of Trust)
" Inheriting an existing caseload
" Able to carry out day to day legal work with minimal supervision (but within a supported and risk-based infrastructure/environment)
" Enthusiastic, driven and looking to take on responsibility and continue to nurture a developing department
" Salary c 40,000
