A medium to larger sized firm with offices across Sussex is looking for a leasehold enfranchisement lawyer to work from home. The firm have a specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement and Leasehold Disputes team and are looking for someone:

With solid experience of Leasehold Enfranchisement work

Who has strong connections with referrers that could potentially be developed (i.e. valuation surveyor or property management)

Ideally, the ability to undertake both leasehold enfranchisement and residential leasehold disputes (i.e. service charge, breach of covenant, forfeiture)

Geographical location is not particularly important as the successful candidate will be able to do virtually all work from home. However they should be prepared to make the occasional trip to Sussex for induction and meetings but this will not be often at all. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
