A new vacancy has arisen with a HNW family based in Geneva. They are looking for an experienced paralegal to act as a go-between for the family dealing with the courts and their lawyers for approximately 6 months with the potential option for extension if required.
They are a private family seeking a paralegal with an interest in succession/estate law in Switzerland, including if possible experience in filing actions with the relevant Swiss Courts and their cantons.
The job will be to become familiar with a succession case, draft various documents and applications, chase correspindance, lodge applications at courts and judiciaires.
This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal seeking experience in succession law. The family have specified that they want a paralegal able to demonstrate a true passion for their work and attention to detail.

To apply for this role you will need to be a close to fluent French speaker and ideally have a strong connection to Geneva. The family will consider a French, Swiss or British paralegal, but ideally looking for someone with a background or experience of Swiss succession law.
