A specialist Landlord & Tenant firm based in Herfordshire is looking for a lawyer to work from home. The firm are happy to consider applications from solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Landlord & Tenant Litigation work. The work will be representing landlords, mainly with repossession proceedings so significant experience in this side of Landlord & Tenant work is essential. You must have experience of drafting possession claims and other associated experience using PCOL - preferably dealing with defended cases. The role will be full-time, permanent, solely working from home so happy to consider candidates nationwide and salary will be around the 40k level depending on experience.
