A London-based law firm are urgently looking for a property locum to assist with both residential and commercial property work. You will be handling a small caseload of approximately 20 files, some mid-tier and a few ready to complete.  This is estimated to take around 2-3 months and the work can be carried out remotely - however, you will need to attend the firm's offices in Fulham for an initial meeting and to collect the files. This placement requires an immediate start as there are some commercial leaseholds scheduled for completion next week.
