Law firm with offices in East Yorkshire are looking for a temporary locum commercial property solicitor to start in early March with minimum 3+ PQE. This is an ongoing assignment until a permanent commercial property solicitor is appointed. Work will be a mix of selling development land to national house builders, acquisitions of freehold and leasehold units and subleases to well-known brands plus refinancing.
