A medium sized high street law firm based in Cumbria are looking for a property solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to work at their Wigton office. The caseload will be a broad range of property transactions including commercial property and agricultural property but there may also be a small amount of residential conveyancing work. Wigton is based north of the Lake District and has a train station serviced by Workington and Carlisle. The office is within walking distance. This is a permanent post and can be either full-time or part-time. Salary levels likely to be 40k-50k per annum but this very muich depends on the quality/experience of the candidate and the firm want the right candidate for the job.
