Law firm with offices in Hull and Beverly are looking for a commercial property solicitor with minimum 3+ PQE. Work will be a mix of selling development land to national house builders, acquisitions of freehold and leasehold units and subleases to well-known brands plus refinancing. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
