A well established firm with offices across Hertfordshire is looking for a commercial property solicitor to work at their Hoddesdon office. The firm would like a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in commercial property work.
Caseload will include:

Leases - grant, assignment, termination, licences to assign, alter, sublet
Sale and purchase of freeholds including option agreements
Some business sales (by sale of assets or shares)

The role will be permanent, full-time and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
