A large firm with offices across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire is looking for a solicitor to work in the commercial property department at their Swindon office. The successful candidate will be assisting with all commercial property matters including leasehold transactions, freehold purchases and sales, business acquisitions and disposals and other property related issues within the appropriate risk category under supervision. Applciants should have a minimum of 2 years' PQE in commercial property work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
