A small Essex firm needs a locum to manage a conveyancing assignment at their Billericay office. Ideally they would like someone who can manage residential work and a small amount of light commercial conveyancing. However, vast majority is residential work so happy to consider locums who only speicialise in residential work. Assignment will commence ASAP and run until they find a permanent candidate so estimation is that it will be a minimum of a month and possibly up to 3+ months if desired.
