A medium to large sized, well established Leicestershire firm is looking for a conveyancer to work at their Coalville office. The firm are happy to consider solicitors, legal executives or Licensed Conveyancers but candidates must have a minimum of around 5 years' PQE in residential work. The successful candidate will be managing a residential property caseload. Experience in sale and purchase of registered and unregistered property, plot purchases and help to buy schemes is necessary. The role is full-time and permanent. Salary levels up to 40K per annum depending on experience.
