A very well established Cardiff firm need a wills & probate locum to work at their city centre office. The assignment will start as soon as possible and run for approximately 8 months. Happy to consider 5 days a week or 4 days if preferred. Can be flexible on hours to work around child care etc, Applicants need to be able to manage a caseload of wills & probate, Court of Protection files, Deputyship and a small amount of contested probate so a minimum of 4 years' PQE is probably required. STEP membership is also required.
