A well established Central London firm is looking for a senior conveyancing solicitor to work at their office located a 3 minute walk from Old Street Underground Station.
The firm is looking for a diligent, confident, self-motivated and experienced solicitor to fill the role of Head of Residential Conveyancing. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years PQE with excellent technical knowledge and at least 3 years' experience in supervising junior staff members. Keen interest and ability in business development as well as a pro-active approach to risk management.

Key requirements for this role are as follows:-

Minimum 5 years Post Qualification Experience in Residential Property;
Experience in dealing with all aspect of Residential Conveyancing including AST's;
Good technical knowledge;
Risk management skills;
Interest and ability in business development;
Experience of working in a fast paced organisation;
Able to supervise / mentor and develop junior staff;
Able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;

The role is full-time, permanent and salary Levels will be negotiable depending on experience but will be competitive.
